【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifies:astructuredlistofcontrol,buildingautomationandtechnicalbuildingmanagementfunctionswhichhaveanimpactontheenergyperformanceofbuildings;amethodtodefineminimumrequirementsregardingthecontrol,buildingautomationandtechnicalbuildingmanagementfunctionstobeimplementedinbuildingsofdifferentcomplexities;detailedmethodstoassesstheimpactofthesefunctionsonagivenbuilding.Thesemethodsenabletointroducetheimpactofthesefunctionsinthecalculationsofenergyperformanceratingsandindicatorscalculatedbytherelevantstandards;asimplifiedmethodtogetafirstestimationoftheimpactofthesefunctionsontypicalbuildings.ThisEuropeanStandardisdefinedfor:-buildingowners,architectsorengineers,definingthefunctionstobeimplementedforagivennewbuildingorfortherenovationofanexistingbuilding;publicauthorities,definingminimumrequirementsforBACandTBMfunctionsfornewbuildingsaswellasforrenovationasdefinedintherelevantstandard;publicauthorities,defininginspectionproceduresoftechnicalsystemsaswellasinspectorsapplyingtheseprocedurestocheckifthelevelofBACandTBMfunctionsimplementedisappropriate;-publicauthorities,definingcalculationmethodswhichtakeintoaccounttheimpactofBACandTBMfunctionsontheenergyperformanceofbuildingsaswellassoftwaredevelopersimplementingthesecalculationmethodsanddesignersusingthem;designers,checkingthattheimpactofallBACandTBMfunctionsaretakenintoaccountwhenassessingtheenergyperformanceofabuilding.
