【摘要】:ThispartofISO898specifiesthemechanicalpropertiesofbolts,screwsandstudsmadeofcarbonsteelandalloysteelwhentestedatanambienttemperaturerangeof10CCto35°C.ProductsconformingtotherequirementsofthispartofISO898areevaluatedonlyintheambienttemperaturerangeandmaynotretainthespecifiedmechanicalandphysicalpropertiesathigherandlowertemperatures.AttentionisdrawntoannexAwhichprovidesexamplesofloweryieldstressandstressat0,2%non-proportionalelongationatelevatedtemperatures.Attemperatureslowerthantheambienttemperaturerange,asignificantchangeintheproperties,particularlyimpactstrength,mayoccur.Whenfastenersaretobeusedaboveorbelowtheambienttemperaturerangeitistheresponsibilityoftheusertoensurethatthemechanicalandphysicalpropertiesaresuitableforhisparticularserviceconditions.CertainfastenersmaynotfulfillthetensileortorsionalrequirementsofthispartofISO898becauseofthegeometryoftheheadwhichreducestheshearareaintheheadascomparedtothestressareainthethreadsuchascountersunk,raisedcountersunkandcheeseheads(seeclause6).ThispartofISO898appliestobolts,screwsandstuds—withcoarsepitchthreadM1,6toM39,andfinepitchthreadM8x1toM39x3;—withtriangularISOthreadinaccordancewithISO68-1;—withdiameter/pitchcombinationsinaccordancewithISO261andISO262;—withthreadtoleranceinaccordancewithISO965-1andISO965-2;—madeofcarbonsteeloralloysteel.Itdoesnotapplytosetscrewsandsimilarthreadedfastenersnotundertensilestresses(seeISO898-5).Itdoesnotspecifyrequirementsforsuchpropertiesas—weldability;—corrosion-resistance;—abilitytowithstandtemperaturesabove+300°C(+250°Cfor10.9)orbelow-50°C;—resistancetoshearstress;—fatigueresistance.NOTEThedesignationsystemofthispartofISO898maybeusedforsizesoutsidethelimitslaiddowninthisclause(e.g.d>39mm),providedthatallmechanicalrequirementsofthepropertyclassesaremet.
