【摘要】:ThispartofEN1452specifiesthecharacteristicsoffittingsmadefromunplasticizedpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC-U)forpipingsystemsinthefieldofwatersupply.Italsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhisstandard.InconjunctionwithParts1,2,and5ofEN1452andENV1452-7itisapplicabletoPVC-UfittingsandtojointswithcomponentsofPVC-U,otherplasticsandnon-plasticsmaterialsintendedtobeusedforthefollowing:a)watermainsandservicesburiedinground;b)conveyanceofwaterabovegroundforbothoutsideandinsidebuildings;forthesupplyofwaterunderpressureatapproximately20℃(coldwater)intendedforhumanconsumptionandforgeneralpurposes.Thisstandardisalsoapplicabletofittingsfortheconveyanceofwateruptoandincluding45℃.Fortemperaturesbetween25℃and45℃figureA.1inannexAofEN1452-2:1999applies.Dependingonthejointingmethod,thisstandardisapplicabletothefollowingtypesoffittings:-fittingsforsolventcementing;-elastomericringsealfittings.ThisstandardisapplicabletoPVC-Uflangeadaptersandtothecorrespondingflangesmadefromvariousmaterials.PVC-Ufittingscanbemanufacturedbyinjection-mouldingand/orbefabricatedfrompipe.NOTEFittingsformechanicaljoints,madefromvariousmaterialsaredescribedinENV1452-6.
